Multiport Settings:-

Each Port should have the Multiport button selected, this tells
Windows 3.x that the port is one of several ports using a SISR
(shared interrupt status register).

The SISR Base address must be set as indicated by the
BBCARDS program.

The Card Port setting tells Windows whether this is the first,
second, third or fourth port of the Quad card.
Standard Settings:-

The COM Base is determined from the Bank Address.

The IRQ must be set as indicated by the BBCARDS program.

The UART on the port is 16550 UART.

Having selected the 16550 you can then set the FIFO level at
16 bytes.
