The crossovers for the VR-M80 and VR-M90 have been enhanced to maximize sound quality and improve power handling. An extra-thick glass epoxy printed circuit board supports thicker traces. The connecting wires are 16 gauge, and all connections are gold plated.
WARNING: To prevent electrical shock hazard, always switch off the amplifier or receiver when making connections to the speaker. When making all connections, be sure to connect the + (red) on the speaker to the + (red) on the amplifier, and the – (black) on the speaker to the – (black) on the amplifier.

How to Place Your Speakers The VR-M80 and VR-M90 were designed to deliver exceptional bass extension and tonal balance, regardless of where they are placed. However, for optimal results, it is advisable to position the rear of the speaker to be at least 3 inches (76cm) or more away from the wall or curtains that are behind it.
If your seating position is in a low slung chair or sofa, you may want to rake the speaker slightly forward. If you listen in taller chairs or sofas or prefer to stand a lot or move about the room, then you may want to rake the speaker slightly backward.
Limited Warranty For five years from the date of purchase, Boston Acoustics will repair for the original owner any defect in materials or workmanship that occurs in normal use of the speakers, without charge for parts and labor.
