Can you ping the
router from your PC?
The default gateway IP of the Router is 192.168.1.1.
Please check that you can ping the Router correctly.
For Windows

Open the Command Prompt window (from the start menu, select Run... )
Enter command if you are using Windows 95, 98 or ME; or cmd if you

are running Windows NT, 2000, or XP.
Type ping 192.168.1.1 and press [Enter]

For Mac(Terminal)
The important thing is that the computer receives a reply from 192.168.1.1. If not,
please check the IP address of your PC. We suggest you set get IP automatically.
