5. Commissioning, operation
DANGER!
Danger to life caused by electric current
Upon contact with live parts, there is a direct danger to life.
The instrument may only be installed and mounted by
skilled personnel.
Operation using a defective power supply unit (e.g. short-
circuit from the mains voltage to the output voltage) can
result in life-threatening voltages at the instrument!
A prerequisite for the commissioning is a proper installation of all
electrical supply, control and measuring lines and of the pressure
connection lines. Before commissioning, check the leak tightness of the
pressure connection lines.
5.1 Mechanical mounting
The air velocity meter is installed in the duct. The cable for the supply
voltage and the cable for the relay connection (optional) must be run
separately when high voltages (not safety extra-low voltage) should be
switched with the relay. Both cables have their own cable entry.

Place the probe sleeve in the flange
Tighten the screw for fixing
