4 Operation

1) Standby and switch­off: When the
button STANDBY or, on the remote
control, the button
unit will go to the standby mode . To
switch the unit on again, press the
same buttons again . In the standby
mode, the display will show the date
and the time and the symbol that indi-
cates network connection (
below) .
To switch off the unit completely,
use the switch POWER .
2) To select the operating mode: Press
the button MODE repeatedly until the
operating mode desired is shown on
the display:

It is also possible to use the main menu
to go to a different operating mode .
The main menu can be called up from
any operating mode: Press the button
MENU, turn the knob CONTROL SE-
LECT to select

In each operating mode and in the
standby mode, network connection
is indicated by means of a symbol
(wireless LAN symbol or LAN symbol,

the Internet radio portal "Frontier Nu-
vola Smart Radio" (
chapter 4 .1 .1) .
Several options to select a station are
available:

Use the knob CONTROL SELECT to
navigate within the menu (turn the
knob = to select; press the knob =
to confirm selection) until the sta-
tion desired has been found and
then press the knob to call up the
station . When a wrong selection
has been made, the button BACK
can be used any time to return to
the previous step .
To search for a specific station, se-
lect the line
