How to access the R20 Information Display (65):
1. Press/Release PAUSE and quickly type in the
Keypad.
•
Use the Left and Right arrow keys to browse and scroll menus
•
Select the GO key (ENTER) to select or start a menu item.
•
Select WORKOUTS (BACK) to return to the previous menu item.
•
Select PAUSE to exit Service Software.
