Possible cause and solution
The drum is locked during a program.
 Follow the description in "6. Starting a program –
Adding or removing laundry".
To protect the user against scalding, the door cannot
be opened if the suds temperature is higher than
130°F (55°C).
 Wait until the temperature in the drum has
decreased and the message has gone out in the
display.
The door lock has jammed.
