Possible cause and solution
The drum is locked during a program.
Follow the description in "5. Starting a program –
Adding or removing laundry".
To protect the user against scalding, the door cannot
be opened if the suds temperature is higher than
130°F (55°C).
Wait until the temperature in the drum has
decreased and the bars have stopped flashing on
the time display.
The door lock has jammed.
