Attach sled base to seat
Lay the chair seat on the floor. Taking care to ensure
that the seat will not be scratched, cut or stained.
Locate the sled base with the four (4) spacers on the
bottom of the chair seat and attach using four (4)
1/4-20 x 2-3/8" (60mm) long button head, hex drive,
sems washer type screws.

Place the front of the chair seat assembly on the floor.
Taking care to ensure that the seat will not be scratched,
cut or stained. Place the back assembly onto the bottom
of the seat assembly as shown (2a). Attach using four (4)
M8 x 1-1/16" (27mm) long hex head bolts (2b).
