    ●Installation precautions •Installation of this chair must be performed by specialized personnel (personnel from Takara Belmont or Takara Belmont specified representative). •The chair must be installed on a perfectly flat and solid floor. Installing the chair to a location with an angle of 5° or more can result in the chair...
  • Page 5 Safety Precautions (Must be Obeyed) WARNING Use and Cleaning Precautions ●Be careful to keep hands, fingers and other body parts of the customer and user from touching or getting close to moving parts. There is a danger of pinching and other physical injury. ●Do not allow a customer to lie face down on the chair.
