If the eSPI/LPC interface is enabled with JP4 inserted, JP3 is the selector for the type of interface coming from COM Express module. When not inserted,
meaning that eSPI interface is available from COM Express module, LPC bus is implemented by using an eSPI-to-LPC bridge. Otherwise, when inserted,
meaning that LPC bus is directly available, without the need of the bridge.
For both cases, this LPC bus is carried to BMC connector CN58 (par. 3.3.18), and to a CPLD, which manages four seven-segment LCD display, used to show the
POST codes transmitted on ports 80h and 84h.

COM Express modules foresee a maximum of 2 Serial Ports with only Tx and Rx signals (SER #0 and
SER #1).
