Transferring music onto your Audio jukebox
How do I transfer music between my computer and the GoGear micro jukebox?
1.
Hook up your jukebox with your PC via the supplied USB cable. Make sure you connect your
GoGear micro jukebox to the main power supply. Launch Philips Digital Media Manager (DMM) on
PC from Windows desktop or Start menu.
2.
Select one or more music tracks you want to transfer by clicking and highlighting the tracks. Click
TRANSFER or drag and drop to transfer new content from the MY PC of your computer to MY
PLAYER.
3.
Once the transfer is completed, click File
Click on the removal icon on the task tray to stop and eject the jukebox. When a message appears
saying the USB device can now be safely removed from the system, click OK.
4.
Unplug the Jukebox from the PC and enjoy the music on your hdd.

Can I use Windows Explorer to transfer music from my computer to my GoGear micro
jukebox?
Yes, you can transfer music files using Windows Explorer. However the Jukebox will not be able to
playback those files. Only music files transferred via the Philips Digital Media Manager / Musicmatch ®
Jukebox can be played back on the GoGear micro jukebox.

Can I transfer music from my GoGear micro jukebox back to my computer?
No, DMM can only transfer music tracks from MY PC to MY PLAYER, subject to Digital Rights
Management.

How do I transfer non-music files to the GoGear micro jukebox ?
The GoGear micro jukebox can be used as an external hard disk to transport files. Use Windows
Explorer to drag and drop files from PC to GoGear micro jukebox and vice versa. You will be able to find
your hdd player under Windows Explorer.
