b) All tracks will automatically be selected. You can remove tracks by clearing the checkbox
next to each track.
c) Click the start (red) button on the Recorder to begin. Recording status of each track is
displayed to the right of the song. You will receive a green box at the end of the recording
progress bar if the song has recorded successfully.
The tracks you have just recorded will be found in My Library. To play a track, double-click it in
My Library.

How to send music to your portable device:
You can download individual tracks, or a playlist directly to your portable player, automatically or
by dragging and dropping them onto the device.
a) Connect the portable device to your computer as instructed in your portable player
manual.
b) Select 'File>Send to Portable Device' from the drop down menu to open the Portable
Device Manager (PDM)
...or click "COPY: Files-›Portable" in the Music Center and then click Current Playlist or
My Library to copy the playlist or highlighted library tracks to the PDM.
c) The PDM will open. After a moment, it will display your attached device - it will appear as
a small portable device. Select your device.
d) At this point you can drag-and-drop music into the PDM from anywhere on your
computer. Drag music directly to your device, or drag music to any playlist displayed in
the PDM. You can also use the "Add" button to browse for and add music to your device.

You can also click the 'Sync' button to update your device with your entire Music Library,
or selected playlists. Sync is automatically set to synchronize your portable with your
Music Library. If you want to Sync with a playlist, make sure your device icon is
highlighted and then click the 'Options' button, then the 'Synchronization' tab, and choose
'Selected playlist synchronization'. Check the box next to one or more playlists and then
click 'OK'.

How to add playlists to my portable player
You can add an entire playlist to your portable player which makes it easier to add groups of
songs and add your favorites right away.
a) Open the Portable Device Manager by clicking 'File>Send to Portable Device' from the
drop down menu
b) Playlists you've created will be listed in 'Musicmatch Jukebox Playlists.' Add the playlist to
your device by dragging and dropping the playlist, or individual songs into the player
image

How to remove files from my portable player
There are two ways to remove files from your portable device:
a) Highlight the track(s) to remove, right-click on them, and choose "Remove" from the drop-
down list.
b) Highlight the track(s) to remove, and click the "Remove" button. As you remove files you
can view the device's available memory in the Portable Device pane. As you remove files
you can view the device's available memory at the bottom of the Portable Device
Manager window.
