How to resample files when transferring to portable device
Please do the following to resample the bit rate for MP3 files when transferring them to a portable
device:
a) Open the Portable Device Manager by clicking 'File>Send to Portable Device'
from the drop down menu
b) Connect your portable device to your computer and allow Musicmatch Jukebox
to detect the device and display the icon for the device in the Portable Device
Manager.
c) Right-click on the device icon in the Portable Device Manager.
d) Select the "Options" menu option.
e) Select the "Audio" tab.

Enable the resample option and select the desired bit rate for the files to be
transferred.
g) Click the "Apply" button to save the changes to the device options.
h) Click the "OK" button to exit the dialog.
(If the slider is all the way to the right, you're asking it to find tracks, which are larger than
160kbps, and then resample those tracks down to 160kbps.)
