I have problem downloading MP3 or WMA files to my GoGear micro jukebox from my PC.
The problem could be due to one of the following reasons:
The file names of your .MP3 or .WMA files or the folder containing them may comprise non-English
or special characters (Unicode). Such characters are not supported by the GoGear micro jukebox.
Rename your files and try again.
When ripping songs from a music CD to .WMA files with the encoding software, the security option
in the Digital Rights Management setting may have not been set to allow download to a portable
device. On your encoding software, select the option to allow download to a portable device. Try
ripping the song again and downloading it to the GoGear micro jukebox.
