FCC/ISED declaration

Pressgun 6 PlusPress machine with rechargeable battery and Bluetooth interface
The warranty period for Viega system tools such as press tools, press
jaws, press rings, Steptec punches, pipe cutters, calibrating tools etc. is
governed by national statutory regulations of the country where you
have your seat. However, it is at least two years after purchase and
transfer of risk.
Please keep the proof of purchase in case of repair during the warranty
period. The warranty does not apply in cases of incorrect and non-pro‐
fessional use. If the defect is due to incorrect and non-professional use,
or if there is proper wear and tear of wearing parts, warranty claims are
excluded.
This device conforms to part 15 of the FCC Regulations. All applicable
test numbers are itemised on a label in the rechargeable battery
mounting on the handle.
Its operation is subject to the following two conditions:
This device must not cause any harmful interference radiation.

This device must receive interference signals, even those that can

lead to malfunctions.
Modifications not explicitly permitted by Viega could invalidate the
user's authorisation to operate the tool. This device has been tested
and conforms to the limit values for a Class A digital device in accord‐
ance with Part 15 of the FCC Regulations. These limit values are rated
to offer adequate protection against harmful interferences from installa‐
tions in residential areas. This device generates, uses and can emit
radio radiation. Therefore, it can disrupt radio connections if mounted
and used incorrectly.
Viega cannot guarantee that malfunctions will not occur in
certain installations. Should this device disrupt radio
broadcasting or television reception, which can easily be
established by turning the device off and on, please take
the following measures:
Adjust the angle of the receiver antenna (radio/TV

Increase the distance between the device and receiver.

Talk to your dealer or an expert in radio/TV sets.
