Battery mounting - GEMÜ 332
1.
Insert O-ring 7 into base recess.
2.
Press the pilot solenoid valves together
and insert brackets 6 into the respective
retainers from below.
3.
The brackets 6 hold the pilot solenoid
valves together and also serve as
fastening elements.
4.
Fasten the pilot solenoid valve battery
with screws 1.
5.
Connect and seal the pressure inlet
tubing to connection "P" 2 (G 1/8). Only
use screwed plugs form A or B,
short design, to DIN 3852!
6.
If applicable, connect and seal the
exhaust tubing to connection "R" 5 (M5)
or mount a silencer.
7.
Connect and seal the outlet tubing to
connection "A" 4 (G 1/8).
8.
Close the open connection "P" with
supplied sealing plug 3 and O-ring 7.
9.
All threads must be sealed gas tight.

The GEMÜ 334 pilot solenoid valve
is designed for direct mounting to
pneumatic devices.
Installation - GEMÜ 334
Device connection G 1/4
1.
Push hollow bolt 3 with applied O-ring 7
through valve body 6. Push second
O-ring 7 on hollow bolt 3.
2.
Screw counter nut 1A with applied
gasket 2 to corresponding device 8.
3.
Screw hollow bolt 3 with valve body 6
into counter nut 1A.
Device connection G 1/8 or M5
1.
Push hollow bolt 3 with applied O-ring 7
through valve body 6.
2.
Push O-ring 7, sleeve 1B and gasket 2
over hollow bolt 3 from the other side.
The larger diameter of sleeve 1B must
face the pilot solenoid valve.
3.
Mount this pilot solenoid valve assembly
to corresponding device 8 with hollow
bolt 3.
4.
Connect and seal the pressure inlet
tubing to connection "P" 4 (G 1/4).
5.
If applicable, connect and seal the
exhaust tubing to connection "R" 5 (M5)
or mount a silencer.
6.
All threads must be sealed gas tight.
