Preliminary work

- Raise the motorcycle with a lift stand (see the Owner's Manual).
- Remove the front wheel
- Remove the fork legs (see the owner's manual).
- Remove the start number plate (see the owner's manual).
- Remove the front fender (see the owner's manual).
- Remove the handlebar pad.
- Remove the lower triple clamp
Preassembly of upper triple clamp
- Remove screws from the original triple clamp.
- Take off handlebar clamp
triple clamp.
- Remove screws with lower handlebar mounts
upper handlebar mounts
- Remove rubber bushing
- Mount rubber bushing on the upper triple clamp
- Mount screws with upper handlebar supports
handlebar mounts and tighten to 40 Nm (Loctite 243).
- Position handlebars.
- Mount screws with handlebar clamp
