Disassembly procedure
1) Remove the two (1-1-1-5-10) SCREWs.
2) Separate the two (1-1-1-5-7) PEELER-LOCKING-CAP
and the two (1-1-1-5-6) SHAFT-PEELER-LOCKING
and the two (1-1-1-5-8) SPRING-PEELER-LOCKING
from the (1-1-1-5-1) PEELER-HOUSING
3) Remove the three (1-1-1-5-11) SCREWs.
4) Separate the (1-1-1-5-9) COVER-PEELER
and the (1-1-1-5-12) SHAFT-PEELER-PIVOT
from the (1-1-1-5-1) PEELER-HOUSING
5) Remove the four (1-1-1-5-11) SCREWs.
6) Separate the two (1-1-1-5-4) PEELER-HOLDER-SPRING
and the two (1-1-1-5-5) SPRING-PEELER-ROLLER
and the two (1-1-1-5-3) PEELER-HOLDER-ROLLER
and the (1-1-1-5-2) PEELER-ROLLER from the (1-1-1-5-1) PEELER-HOUSING
