Alarm History Screen

Alarms are indicated by the HTU-C NB/WB for Litespan in the following ways:
• HTU-C DB-9 control port Alarm History screen
• Front Panel LEDs
• Standing alarms (through direct access to the Litespan, or remote access through a
modem)

The HTU-C NB/WB for Litespan DB-9 control port screen alarms are presented on the
following screens:
Alarm History Screen
Current System Status Screen
Troubleshooting Display Screen
Red, yellow, and blue alarms at both DSX-1 and DS1 interfaces plus HDSL loop synchroni-
zation loss conditions are reported.
TL1 provides alarm support through TL1 retrieval of standing alarms from the Litespan
database.
Table 10
defines the TL1 alarm conditions.
