6. Assembly
6.1 Installation location
Ensure the floor has a sufficient load bearing capacity (see Spe-
cification table).
Ensure the floor is level.
Check the height of the room (see Specification table).

6.2 transport

The lifting eye can be fitted to the top of the appliance to assist
handling.
6.3 assembly

Prior to placing the buffer cylinder in its final location and
connecting it to the heating system, first fit the thermal
insulation. For this, ensure that there is enough space for the
installation task.

It is recommended that the thermal insulation sections are
fitted by at least two persons. Using tensioning straps is
recommended.

Remove the thermal insulation sections from their carton.
»
Remove the soft foam inserts from the straight through holes in
the thermal insulation sections.
»
Push the thermal insulation sections over the connectors on the
buffer cylinder.
»
Connect the thermal insulation sections at the front by hooking
in the hook closure strip into the last hook.
»
Position the thermal insulation sections around the buffer
cylinder, and then connect the thermal insulation sections at
the back by hooking in the hook closure strip into the first or
second hook.
»
Adjust the thermal insulation sections by patting and pressing
down with a flat hand, so it fits snugly around the buffer
cylinder.
»
Now tighten the hook closure strip from the top until it hooks
into the final hook.

Position the top thermal insulation part between the thermal
insulation sections.

Place the lid onto the thermal insulation sections.
»
Fit the corresponding cover facias over the hook closure strips.

Fill the hollow spaces near the connections with the soft foam

inserts.

Push the roses and caps into the corresponding apertures.
»

Affix the additional type plate in a clearly visible position on the
thermal insulation.

6.5 Fitting special accessories
Please observe the operating and installation instructions of the

components to be fitted.
»
Fit an on-site manual air vent valve to the air vent valve
connector.

6.5.1 Fitting the temperature sensor
»
Fill the protective pipe with heat conducting paste.
»
Insert the sensor into the protective pipe until it bottoms.
Prior to inserting contact sensor AVF 6 into the protective pipe,
bend the bias spring forward.
