Cause Reset and recovery
Remove debris.
Replace the spring. See 8.5.7.5
Cleaning / replacing flappers, page 74.
Change drain to remove restriction.
Clean injector and screen. See 8.5.5.
Cleaning injector and injector screen,
page 67.
Check flapper, clean seat and flapper,
replace if necessary.
Connect the power source.
Replace the motor. See 8.5.7.3 Motor
and camshaft replacement, page 71.
Remove and clean the meter.
Set correct the time of day. See 5.4.
Time of day, page 46.
Set pump or pressure regulator to
maintain 1.38 bar (20 psi) dynamic at
softener's inlet.
Replace injector.
Replace with a correct size.
Remove drain control and clean ball
and seat.
