Notes on stereo recording with built-in
microphones
As illustrated, when recording, with the unit
positioned with the built-in microphones facing
the sound source, left and right sounds are repro-
duced in reverse order. In the recording of sounds
where localization is important, we recommend
the use of external uni-directional microphones.
MANUAL recording
It is recommended to perform manual recording
when a recording having a wide dynamic range is
desired (for example outdoors recording, etc.).
Set the REC SELECT switch to M A N U A L . Adjust
the recording level with the REC LEVEL controls.
For other recording operations, follow the same
procedures as with an ordinary recording.

Notes en grabacion estereo con microfonos incor-
porados
Como esta ilustrado, cuando se graba, con la unidad puesta
con los microfonos incorporados frente a la fuente de
sonido, los sonidos derecho e izquierdo son reproducidos en
sentido inverso. En la grabacion de sonidos en donde la
localizacion es importante, nosotros le recomendamos el
uso de microfonos externos uni-direccionales.

Grabacion MANUAL
Se recomienda efectuar la grabacion manual cuando se
desee una grabacion con un amplio rango dinamico (por
ejemplo, grabacion en el exterior, etc.).
Ajustar el interruptor REC SELECT a MANUAL. Ajustar el
nivel de grabacion con los controles REC LEVEL.
Para las otras operaciones de grabacion, seguir los mismos
procedimientos que en la grabacion ordinaria.

to "0" at maximum input.
