When playing back the tapes recorded through the
ANRS* or DOLBY™ circuit, step down the
TREBLE control as the ANRS or DOLBY
recorded tapes are boosted in high frequency.
DOLBY™:
DOLBY is a trademark of Dolby Laboratories Inc.
*ANRS is an automatic noise reduction system
developed by JVC.
USE AS A SLEEP TIMER
This function works in conjunction with the Auto
Stop mechanism and is used when you wish to
listen to the radio, make a recording or play back a
tape while in bed. The time at which the sleep
timer operates depends on the length of the
cassette tape.

A. Falling asleep while listening to tape playback
Follow the operations 1 to 6 as indicated on
page 15. When the end of tape is reached the
tape stops automatically and power is switched
off.
B. Falling asleep while listening to the radio
After following the operations 1 to 6 as
indicated on page 15, set the FUNCTION
switch to RADIO referring to the operation 3
in the diagram 3.
C. Falling asleep while recording from the radio
Follow the operations in paragraph B. above.
Be sure to depress the PLAY button while
holding the RECORD button depressed.

USELO COMO INDICADOR DE TIEMPO AL IR
ADORMIR
Este trabaja en relacion con el mecanismo de paro auto-
matico completo y es usado cuando usted desea escuchar
ei radio, hacer una grabacion o reproduccion de cinta
mientras se encuentra acostado. El indicador de tiempo al
cual el indicador de tiempo al ir a dormir opera, depende
de la duracion de la cinta de cassette.

A. Mientras se duerme escuchando la reproduccion de una
cinta
Siga las operaciones de la 1 a la 6como se indica arriba.
Cuando la cinta llegue al final la cinta se detiene auto-
maticamente y la potencia se apaga.
B. Mientras se duerme gragando desde el radio
Despues de haber seguidc las operaciones de la 1 a la 6
como se indica arriba, coloque el interruptor de funcion
(FUNCTION) en radio (RADIO) refierase a la operacion
3 en el diagrama superior.
C. Mientras se duerme grabando desde la radio
Siga las operaciones del parrafo superio B. Asegurese de
presionar el boton para tocar (PLAY) mientras se pre-
siona el boton de grabacion (RECORD).
