IV. Flushing valve
1. Remove locking screw (B1), see Fig. [18].
2. Remove wall plate (B) from support frame (S) upwards.
3. Remove screw (M2) and unscrew flow rate controller (M1) of
flushing valve (M), see Fig. [22].
4. Remove piston (M3), see Fig. [23].
5. Dismantle piston (M3), see Fig. [24].
6. Clean nozzle (M4) in piston (M3) under flowing water,
see Fig. [25].
7. Check leather seal (M5) and expand or replace if necessary,
see Fig. [26].
Fault/cause/remedy

No flushing
Undesired flushing
Flow volume too low
Flow volume too high
Continuous running
Water discharge at relief valve
8. Replace piston seal (M6) if necessary, see Fig. [27].
Assemble in reverse order.

Care

Cause
• Water supply interrupted
• No voltage (indicator lamp on back of
electronics not flashing)
• Electronics defective (indicator lamp not
flashing or permanently on)
• Plug-in connector without contact
• The detection zone of the sensor system
is set too low/too high
• Leather seal dry or damaged
• Solenoid valve filter blocked
• Solenoid valve defective
• The detection zone of the sensor system
is set too high
• Flow volume set too low
• Solenoid valve defective
• Leather seal damaged
• Flow volume set too high
• Piston nozzle blocked
• Leather seal damaged
• Piston nozzle blocked
• Leather seal damaged
• Solenoid valve defective
• Relief valve defective
Remedy
- Open isolating valve in wall-mounting
box
- Switch on power supply or check plug-in
connection or transformer defective,
see Transformer maintenance
- Replace electronics, see Maintenance -
wall plate with electronics
- Attach plug-in connector
- Increase/reduce detection zone
using remote control
(special accessory 36206)
- Expand or replace leather seal,
see Flushing valve maintenance
- Clean strainer, see Solenoid valve
maintenance
- Replace solenoid valve, see Solenoid
valve maintenance
- An opposing object is detected. Reduce
detection zone using remote control
(special accessory 36206).
