Safety notes
• Installation is only possible in frost-free rooms.
• The control electronics are only suitable for indoor use.
• In the case of damage to the external transformer and control
unit connection cable, this must be replaced by the
manufacturer or his customer service department or an
equally qualified person, in order to prevent a hazard.
• Use only genuine replacement parts and accessories.
The use of other parts will result in voiding of the warranty
and the CE identification.

Special accessory - infrared remote control
With the infrared remote control (Prod. no.: 36 206) the
following settings can be made and changed:

Operation

The infrared electronic system emits invisible pulsed light.
The infrared-electronics are adjusted so that the solenoid
valve is actuated when a person moves out of the detection
zone after the minimum delay time has elapsed. The water
flow starts and the WC is flushed.
230 V AC, 50/60 Hz
The detection range is dependent upon the reflective
properties of the object.
3.2 VA
Installation
approx. 72cm
A tube (C) is required for the line between transformer (A) and
electronics (B), see fold-out page II, Fig. [1].
Plaster and tile the wall, excluding the area of the structural
shell protection.

Electrical installation

IP 59K
A
• Only water-resistant round cables with max. outside

diameter 6.0 to 8.5mm may be used.
2500 V
• The voltage supply must be separately switchable.
100 °C
1. Fasten base (A1) of transformer using screws (D),
see Fig. [2]. Drill holes first if necessary.
2. Insert 230V connecting cable (E) into the base. Strip
insulation in accordance with Fig. [2].
3. Pull sleeve (F1) over the two current-carrying wires (E1).
4. Attach lustre terminal (F); observe assignment,
see Fig. [3].
5. Secure all three wires with the cable tie (F2), just before
the lustre terminal (F).
6. Route wire (E1) in an arc and position lustre terminal (F)
on locators in base (A1), see Fig. [4].
7. Secure cable (E) using screws (H) and strain relief (G).
8. Fasten cover (I) in base (A1) using screw (J).
9. Attach upper part (A2) of transformer.
10. Remove screws (X1) and cut off structural shell
protection (X) flush with the wall, see Fig. [5].
11. Feed extension cable (K) through tube (C) into cistern and
connect to transformer (A), see Fig. [6].
- Set detection zone (30 - 80cm)
- Set flush duration (flow volume 4 - 9 l)
- Trigger flushing
- Switch off fitting
- Restore basic setting
- Test mode = waterless simulation
- Switch on/off 72-hour flush
- Switch on/off intermediate flush
- Switch on/off pre-flush
- Set minimum delay time
Electrical installation work must only be
performed by a qualified electrician. This work
must be carried out in accordance with the
regulations according to IEC 364-7-701-1984
(corresponding to VDE 0110 Part 701) as well as
