USING THE COMPUTER

The system turns on when any key is pressed or when it receives an input from the speed sensor.
The system turns off after 4 minutes of inactivity.
Display
Description
UP:
Press UP to switch between functions.
Press UP to add values to you workouts.
DOWN
Press DOWN to switch between functions.
Press DOWN to decrease values to you workouts.
(Press UP key and DOWN key at the same time for 3 seconds to start
"AUTO SCAN" function.)
Enter:
Press ENTER key to select the functions for setting exercise values of
TIME and DISTANCE.
Press ENTER key to confirm the set exercise values
Keep pressing ENTER key for 2 seconds to remove all previous
exercise data.
Function
Description
Time
Time elapsed or time remaining of your workout (00:00-99:59).
There are three type of SPEED displayed; current speed, average
Speed
speed and maximum speed. (0 ~ 99,9KM/H).
Distance
Estimated distance traveled during your workout (0 ~ 99,9KM).
Calories (K/Cal) Estimated calories burned during your workout (0Cal ~9999Cal).
RPM
Number of pedal strokes per minute.
There are three type of PULSE displayed; current heart rate、average
Pulse (P)
heart rate and maximum heart rate.
WATT
Evaluated Watt range is 0~999.
Scan
The computer will automatic display of the functions.
How to preset TIME, DISTANCE, PULSE and CALORIES:
 Press the ENTER to choose wanted function.
 Choose the value you want as our exercise goal by pressing UP/DOWN.
 Start pedaling to start your workout.
 If data is not preset, any function data will count up.
