High inlet air humidity.
Worn air valve cup or plate.
Damaged air valve gasket.
Damaged pilot valve.
Worn shaft seals or bearings.
Air valve or fluid cover screws loose. Tighten.

Loose manifold screws or fluid cover
screws.
Manifold o-rings worn out.
Troubleshooting
Solution
Tighten.
Replace.
Tighten manifold bolts or replace
seats or o-rings.
Reduce pump speed or suction lift.
Tighten.
Replace.
Tighten or replace.
Use drier air supply.
Replace cup and plate.
Replace gasket.
Replace pilot valves.
Replace shaft seals or bearings.
Replace diaphragm.
Replace gasket.
Tighten manifold screws or fluid cover
screws.
