1 Verwendungszweck
1.1 Allgemeines
Diese Bedienungsanleitung wurde erstellt, um Informationen
für die Typreihe 44-4600 zu liefern. Für die vielfältigen Modi-
fikationen der Grundserie können daher einige Informationen
unvollständig oder überflüssig erscheinen.
1.2 Information zum 44-4600 regler
Der Absolut Druckminderer der Typreihe 44-4600 ist ein federge-
regelter Druckminderer mit negativem Nullpunkt. Er ist ausgelegt
für Eingangsdrücke bis 28 bar mit einem Regelbereich von 67
mbar abs. bis 1 bar.
Einsatzgebiete des Reglers sind High Purity Gassysteme und hoch
korrosive Medien. Gasberührte Materialien sind 316 Edelstahl,
Teflon und Elgiloy .

Der Regler enthält einen nichtmetallischen Ventilsitz für bla-
sendichte Absperrung in Systemen ohne stetigen Durchfluss
und eine metallisch abgedichtete Metallmembran für eine gute
Druckeinstellung.

1 Intended use
1.1 general
This manual is designed to provide information on the standard
series 44-4600 regulator. For modifications of the basic series,
the information may appear either incomplete or unnecessary,
depending upon the modification.
1.2 Information to 44-4600
The Absolut Pressure Regulator of the 44-4600 Series is a self-
contained, spring loaded, negative biased, pressure reducing
regulator. The max. inlet pressure is 28 bar. The outlet pressure
range is between 67 mbar abs. and 1 bar. Intended for use in
high pruity gas systems and systems handling highly corrosive
media, the only materials contacting the flow media are 316
Stainless Steel, Teflon and Elgiloy

The regulator utilizes a soft seat main valve for bubble tight shut-
off in dead-end applications and a metal diaphragm sensing
element for good pressure control sensitivity.
