with a dry cloth to remove moisture or debris before
charging.
Please Note: You may charge the M Waterproof Battery
while the processor is connected, but the sound
processor will be powered off during charging. Do not
wear the M Waterproof Battery while charging.
Understanding the M Waterproof Battery LED
(light-emitting diode) Indicators
The M Waterproof Battery has different indicator lights that
are located within the M Waterproof Battery.
The LED has 3 color options:
Blue: M Waterproof Battery is charging.
Green: M Waterproof Battery is fully charged.
Red: Fault condition.*
*Unplug the M Waterproof Battery and then try to
charge again. If the red LED illuminates again, contact
your cochlear implant professional.
Understanding the M Waterproof Battery Audible Alarm
The M Waterproof Battery produces a constant, audible
alarm when the headpiece is unlocked from the implant
in order to warn caregivers when the headpiece becomes
unlocked. The audible alarm is a programmable feature
that can be enabled or disabled by your cochlear implant
professional.
