3-1. Preface
The TK-7108 transceiver is programmed using a personal
computer, a programming interface (KPG-46) and program-
ming software (KPG-70D).
The programming software can be used with an IBM PC
or compatible. Figure 1 shows the setup of an IBM PC for
programming.
3-2. Connection Procedure
1. Connect the TK-7108 to the personal computer with the
interface cable.
2. When the Power is switched on, user mode can be en-
tered immediately. When the PC sends a command, the
radio enters PC mode.
When data is transmitted from transceiver, the red LED
blink.
When data is received by the transceiver, the green LED
blink.
In the PC mode, 4CH LEDs, [MON] LED and [ ] LED are
turned on.
Notes :
• The data stored in the personal computer must match
model type when it is written into the EEPROM.
• Attach the interface cable, then change the TK-7108 to
PC mode.

3. 计算机模式
3-1. 前言
TK-7108车台机使用计算机，编程电缆 (KPG-46) 和编程软件
(KPG-70D) 进行编程。
IBM计算机或兼容机可以使用编程软件。图1显示IBM计算
机编程的设置。
3-2. 连接步骤
1. 使用编程电缆将TK-7108与计算机连接。
2. 当接通电源时，可以立即进入用户模式。当计算机发出一个
指令时，车载台进入计算机编程模式。
从车载台发射数据时，红色指示灯闪烁。
当通过车载台接收数据时，绿色指示灯闪烁。
在计算机模式下，4个信道指示灯、[MON] 指示灯及 [ ] 指
示灯亮。
注释 :
• 存储在计算机中的数据必须与写入 EEPROM 的格式相匹
配。
• 连接编程电缆，然后将TK-7108改变为计算机编程模式。
