11.1.1 Setting the alarm time

The wake-up function cannot be operated until the correct time has been set. Depending on
the configuration, this occurs automatically or will need to be set manually.
The time can either be updated manually, or via DAB or FM. See Point 11.2 for further
information.
Use the Tune/Select knob to select one of the alarm memories Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 and

then press the Tune/Select knob.

Go through all the points one after the other. Confirm each entry by pressing the Tune/
Select knob. You are then taken automatically to the next setting. The specific values or
options are changed by turning the Tune/Select knob.

Alarm settings:

Time >
Set the Time at which you wish to be woken up.
Duration >
15, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120 minutes, here we specify the
duration of the alarm.

Source >
Select the Source with which you wish to be woken up. Your choices
are Buzzer, DAB or FM.
Station >
Last listened to or a station you have saved in the
Favourites memory (only with DAB+ or FM source)
Repeat >
Daily, Once, Weekend (Sat + Sun), Working days
(Mon - Fri).
If you have chosen Once, you must then enter the date.
Volume>
Select the volume with which you wish to be woken up.
Alarm > Off/On >
to activate or disable the alarm.

Then press the Tune/Select knob for a final time to save the alarm with the settings you
have made. . [Alarm saved] appears.
In Standby mode, there will now be a bell symbol for the active alarm alongside the time
and date.
