Place the PVC liner locking track (209) against
the top slat of each of the four walls as shown
opposite, and fasten in position using 5 screws
(103). The locking tracks are used to fit TROPIC
JUNIOR's waterproofing membrane.

Fitting the liner and the underlay

IMPORTANT : The surface underneath the underlay should be clean and free of any roughness or foreign
bodies, even tiny bumps will be visible because of the pressure that water exerts on the liner.
Clean out the pool, then lay the liner inside the pool and unfold it, taking care to ensure that it lines up with
the corners. Smooth out any creases.
The vertical weld the close the vertical portion of the liner should be positioned in the corner where the
filtration system is to be installed so that it will be hidden by the filter. Start attaching the liner in this corner.
Translucent beading is welded to the top of the liner on the surface facing to the outside of the pool. It
serves to hold the liner in position. Push the translucent beading fully into the groove along the side of the
PVC liner locking track (209). Start in a corner and work your way around the periphery of the pool taking
care to exert the right amount of tension on the liner.
