Check that the toothed coupling between the hydraulic motor and the feed
shaft is in the correct position and intact.
Check the alert time that has been programmed.
Check connections and connectors to the tramline coupling.
The sensor in the coupling could be defective.
The coupling could be defective. Check that the roller in the coupling is
rotating with the feed shaft. The roller should rotate when tramlining is off.
Check that the toothed coupling between the hydraulic motor and the feed
shaft is in the correct position and intact.
Check the alert time that has been programmed.
Check that the toothed coupling between the hydraulic motor and the feed
shaft is in the correct position and intact.

Check connections and connectors to the tramline coupling.
The sensor in the coupling could be defective.
The coupling could be defective. Check that the roller in the coupling is
rotating with the feed shaft. The roller should rotate when tramlining is off.
Turn off the alarm function. Go to the programming menu on the control unit
and switch off BioDrill.
Check that the toothed coupling between the hydraulic motor and the feed
shaft is in the correct position and intact.
Check the alert time that has been programmed.
Check the cables, contacts and connection.
Check the operation of the sensor. The sensor LED should light when the
toothed plate passes. The distance between the sensor and the pulse disc must
be 1–2 mm. Adjust if necessary. An illuminated diode is no guarantee that the
sensor is working properly.
Check the condition and installation of the toothed plate.
