3 Operating the appliance Operating the appliance The appliance can be operated using the operating and display elements on the appli- ance or the remote control (available as an accessory). Using for the first time Appliance configuration The model can be used to extract or recirculate air. The appliance is set up ex-factory for use in the extraction mode.

Depending on intensity of use, do not exceed 5–8 regeneration cycles. If properly cared for, the service life of the long-life activated charcoal filter is up to 3 years.
