8.1

Canceling the network connection

Loss of network connection of the SIPIX SD Series or EPSON data goggles
Reestablish connection.
After reconnecting to the network, refresh your browser and press the "Start
Session" button again.
Loss of Internet connection of data goggles, despite sufficient WLAN signal
Despite a stable connection to an internet-capable hotspot, it can happen that no
website can be reached.
In this case, deactivate the "WLAN" function in the settings of your data goggles
and then activate it again.
Loss of audio / video transmission on the computer of the remote expert
By using another wireless device (e.g. the EPSON data goggles), it can happen
that no video signal is received on the remote expert's side.
In this case, reload your session using the data goggles. In rare cases, the loss can
occur several times in a row.
8.2

Other faults

The charging icon is constantly present
If the charging icon does not disappear during connection setup even after a long
wait, check whether the browser used supports communication via WebRTC.
If the behavior still occurs, refresh the browser window.

It is recommended to exclusively use a Chrome based browser
