6 Communication between SIPIX SD series and field devices
Note
If the field device cannot be assigned automatically, the appropriate device
description (Electronic Device Description, short "EDD") must first be
downloaded and integrated into the Device Integration Manager.

14. Click the "Device Identification" button.
The field device will be automatically assigned.
15. Click on the "OK" button.
16. Click on the "OK" button in the "Insert Object – networks" dialog box.
