Focus or zoom adjustment cannot be operated.

distortion in the BtoB
connectors on the ADAPTER
PCB and LENS
ADAPTER PCB.

Re-
attach the
LENS and measure
the resistance* between pins
(7) and (8) of EM02
on the MAIN
PCB.
Open
Replace the LENS ADAPTER PCB.

Replace the ADAPTER PCB.
