EXTERNAL TRIGGER MODE

The camera has various external trigger functions to synchronize the camera with the external
equipment. In External trigger mode, the external equipment becomes a master and the camera
becomes a slave.

EDGE TRIGGER MODE

Edge trigger mode is used so that the exposure starts according to an external signal. Exposure
time is set by software command. In this mode, the exposure begins on the edge (rising / falling
edge) timing of the input trigger signal into the camera. The sample of timing chart for the rising
edge is shown in figure 9-4.
