Winch must be completely overhauled, cleaned, and lubricated at least every 12 months. Harsh environment and/ or heavy use may require more frequent maintenance. After inspection, replace worn or damaged components with genuine Harken parts. Do not replace or modify a Harken Riggers Winch 200 with a part that was not designed for it.
