Problem resolution

We recommend the following troubleshooting sequence.
Problem
1.1 Pull-out will not open.
1.2 Pull-out will not open.
There is no 2 mm
bumper path.

Possible cause
Cabinet profile is positioned
incorrectly.
Pull-out is blocked by an
object.
Bracket profile and/or attach-
ment bracket is positioned
incorrectly.
No Blum spacing bumper is
installed.
No Blum spacing bumper is
installed. (inner drawers or
drawers with inset fronts)
Fronts are rubbing against
each other.
Cabinet profile is positioned
incorrectly.
Bracket profile and/or attach-
ment bracket is positioned
incorrectly.
Pull-out is blocked by an
object.
Remedy
➢ Correct installation position of
cabinet profile.
➢ Remove object
➢ Correct position of bracket profile
and/or attachment bracket.
➢ Front height is smaller than
300 mm: Install 1 Blum spacing
bumpers per side.
➢ Front height is larger than
300 mm: Install 2 Blum spacing
bumpers per side.
➢ Make sure that the correct Blum
distance bumper has been used
(adjustable distance bumper).
➢ Reset gap design.

Clip-on feature:

➢ Correct installation position of
cabinet profile.
➢ Correct position of bracket profile
and/or attachment bracket.
➢ Remove object.
