Acceptable response times are determined by site requirements, subject to local codes and standards. In the
event the test response times do not meet the acceptable standard the commissioning form should be signed
as NOT ACCEPTABLE and recommendations for further work should be recorded on the commissioning
form.
5.2

Testing Devices

The outputs for the IFT detectors can be tested using a diagnostic test that is accessed through the TEST
OUTPUTS menu function. For more information please see the IFT Product Guide.
5.3

Documenting Test Results

The tests results should be recorded on a copy of the ICAM commissioning forms. Once the forms have been
completed and signed, they should be forwarded along with relevant attachments to all those mentioned in
Chapter 6.
