15. Install the Liner Cap (44) and using the Spanner Plug-Jig A tighten
the Cap to the specs below:

16. Make certain the Drive Shaft rotates freely and then fill the
mechanism with fluid and reassemble the tool as instructed in
the section, CHANGING THE MECHANISM FLUID.
