Problem
Unit Runs Low or Out of Water

Solution
Install additional storage tank capacity
Install RO add-on head and cartridge
Upgrade from HFRO 500 to HFRO 700

Wait for 10-60 minutes to see if system
restarts
Replace RO membrane
Replace Pre-Filter
Replace RO membrane
Ensure drain line is not kinked or plugged.

can prevent the tank from fi lling.

Check for: 1. feedwater pressure, 2. production
fl ow rate, 3. drain fl ow rate before replacing RO
membrane
