PITCH ADJUSTMENTS
The pitch of the piano keys can be adjusted
by either changing the octave, transposing in
semitone increments, or by fine tuning.

OCTAVE

To adjust the octave settings, press the
[FUNCTION/RIGHT] button to enter edit mode,
then press piano key Ab1. The display will
momentarily show 000 and the data control wheel
can now be used to raise or lower the pitch in
octaves, from -2 to +2.

TRANSPOSE

To transpose the piano's key, press the [FUNCTION/
RIGHT] button to enter edit mode, then press piano
key F#1. The display will momentarily show 000 and
the data control wheel can now be used to raise or
lower the pitch in semitone increments, from -12 to
+12.

MASTER TUNING

To adjust the fine tuning of the piano, press the
[FUNCTION/RIGHT] button to enter edit mode,
then press piano key Bb1. The display will show
momentarily 000 and the data control wheel can
now be used to fine tune across a range of -64 to
+63 (0 = standard pitch.) This can be especially
useful when playing along/recording with other
instruments.
