a change in the YELLOW alarm state has occurred
and the YELLOW alarm is now active.
a change in the Alarm Indication Signal (AIS) has
occurred and the AIS alarm is active.
a change in the RED alarm state has occurred and
the RED alarm is now active.
a change in the Loss of Signal (LOS) state has
occurred and the LOS alarm is active.
a change in the BiPolar Violation (BPV) state has
occurred and the BPV alarm is active.
a change in the Frame RA (Remote Alarm) state has
occurred and the RA alarm is active.
a change in the Out Of Frame (OOF) state has
