All values are a percentage of full scale with the exception of Oxygen, which is the actual percent of Oxygen, and
OPECL, which is the value in LFL-meters.
Low alarm must be less than or equal to the high alarm.
Changing the Measurement Range will reset all alarm and Cal Gas values to the default settings for the selected range.
Alarm relays are normally de-energized with selectable latching or non-latching contacts. Fault relay is normally
