the power supply here and the aerator begins to circulate the water and to oxygenate. Aerators
operate only in the water!
Assembly of floating bodies and frames
Align the floating body on a level surface with the arrows pointing in a direction parallel to one another.
The floating bodies each having 4 openings on each long side for fixing the frame. The two central
openings are provided for mounting the frame of the device 0.75 kW, the two outer apertures for fixing
the device within the 1.5 kW. The frames are not intentionally installed centrally for reasons of balance,
there is thus a long and a short float page.
Attaching the drive axles guides (blue bottoms)
Attach the blue lower part of the axle to the frame guides. To do so, please screws from above through
the axle mounting brackets and secure with the nuts from below.
Assembly of the frame and transmission
Set the transmission to the frame that the transmission axes are in line with the drive axles guides.
Please note that the blades appear on the short side float in the water during later operation. The
direction of rotation of the gear is shown in the direction of the arrow on the transmission housing. If
immersion is not done in the short float page, please change the position of the frame.

lower parts a. Do you want to remove the tops from the bottoms again, you press on the appropriate
pressure points on both sides of the bases.
Engine Cover
The aerator is to operate exclusively with attached motor cover. The engine cover is mounted on the
motor - gear unit without further fastening.
Electrical connection and strain relief
The electrical connection must be done by a professional. The electrical cable is to be laid and
fastened in a way that damage is excluded by the paddle wheels. The cable strain relief to fix.
Mooring in water
Mooring the aerator by sufficiently strong ropes on the waters edge. It is important to ensure that the
fastening ropes can not get into the catchment area of the paddle wheels, not even in high winds or
strong currents. We recommend a 3-point mooring system, so that the position of the aerator even
when off or power failure can not change. As low stretch ropes fastening ropes or core shroud lines are
recommended. The current feeding line must be conducted outside the reach of the paddle wheels.
Commissioning
Before the aerator is put into operation, ensure that nobody is in the water. A stay in the working area
of the aerator is prohibited for safety reasons: Caution Risk of Injury! A swimming to and to climb, the
aerator by persons must be prevented by appropriate devices and putting up signs. For smaller pools /
ponds during operation touching the device is forbidden.
Transportation
For the transport of the assembled FIAP profiair MASTER, it is advisable to remove the drive shafts
together with the paddle wheels. To do this, loosen the two screws on the connectors to the
transmission and the tops of the axle brackets. Enter the aerator to either the frame or on the floats.
Avoid to lift the aerator to the paddle wheels or axles.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Caution! Before cleaning or maintenance, always remove the power plug!
Please check the screw connections at regular intervals, the attachments of the blades and all other
connections. It is recommended that you change the gear oil after 100 hours of operation and every
5000 hours thereafter (1-year continuous operation = 8,800 hours).
The machine and its components are not with solvents, flammable or toxic cleaning liquids.
Beforehand to make sure that the plug has been pulled out of the socket.
Disposal
The device must be disposed of according to national regulations.
Ask your dealer.
