Indemnity

By referring to, or otherwise employing this manual the user agrees to defend, protect, indemnify, and hold
Materials Handling, Inc.,
and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and liabilities, direct, incidental or consequential, arising from
use of this manual including loss or profits and reasonable counsel fees, which may arise out of the use or
alleged use of such manual, it being the intent of this provision and of the user to absolve and protect
Materials Handling, Inc.,
loss relating in any way to this manual including those resulting from their own negligence.
