Axis 10-pin push-pull system connector (sold separately)
When connecting external equipment to the Axis product, an Axis 10-pin Push-Pull System Connector (sold separately) is required in
order to maintain the product's IP rating.
Mounting the wires requires a crimp tool. To get detailed mounting instructions of the wires, go to axis.com/support.

Note: This pin can only be used as power out.

Digital input – Connect to pin 1 to activate, or leave
floating (unconnected) to deactivate.
Digital output – Internally connected to pin 1 (DC
ground) when active, and floating (unconnected) when
inactive. If used with an inductive load, e.g. a relay, a
diode must be connected in parallel with the load, for
protection against voltage transients.
